What you need to know about this service:

• Once unlocked, it's permanent!
• Please check that your phone needs an unlock code.
• Your phone will work with any GSM SIM card
• Your phone will not work with a CDMA SIM card such as Sprint, Tracfone and Verizon
• Please provide the correct information about your BlackBerry.  Not all models are unlocked the same way.
• This service usually takes less than 36 hours.  However, if we can't generate the unlock code on our first try, we will use an alternative service which takes longer.
