I haven't received my unlock code yet. What should I do?
If the estimated time has passed and you haven't received your unlock code, contact us at support@unlockpanda.com. We will update you on the status or assist you in canceling the order for a full refund if you prefer not to wait.
What if the unlock code I received doesn't work?
If the code doesn't work, reply to the email that contains the unlock code. Our support team, available seven days a week, will assist you promptly.
Am I eligible for a refund if the unlock code doesn't work?
Yes, you are. Visit our "Refund Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" pages to learn more about potential circumstances and stipulations.
How can I confirm if my phone is already unlocked?
To check if your phone is unlocked, insert a SIM card from a different carrier. If there's no prompt for an unlock code and you can make calls or send texts, your phone is unlocked.
My phone didn't ask for an unlock code when I inserted a new SIM. What should I do?
If your phone does not prompt for an unlock code upon inserting a new SIM card, follow these steps:
Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
Turn off your phone and insert a SIM card from a different carrier than the original network.
Turn your phone back on and try making a call to initiate the unlock process.
For users with US networks such as T-mobile, you might find a 'Device Unlock' application pre-installed on your device. If so, open the app and select 'request unlock'. Generally, the unlock activates in less than 5 minutes.

Where will I receive my unlock code?
We send the unlock code to the email address you provided during the order process. Notify us at support@unlockpanda.com if there's any change in your email address.
How can I find my phone's IMEI number?
You can find it through any of the following ways:
  • Dialing a Code: Simply dial *#06# on your phone and your IMEI number will appear on the screen. Remember to note down only the first 15 digits, leaving out any dots.
  • Phone Settings: Dive into your phone's settings. The exact path can vary depending on your phone model, but it's generally found under 'About Phone' or 'General Information'.
  • Phone Box: Have a look at the original box your phone came in; the IMEI number is usually printed on the barcode sticker.
  • SIM Card Tray: In some phones, the IMEI number is printed on the SIM card tray. So, if the above methods don’t work, try pulling out your SIM card tray and check if it's there.
A friendly reminder to double-check the number to ensure it's accurate. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for services on incorrect IMEI numbers.
Will my unlocked phone work with all GSM and CDMA carriers?
Your phone will be compatible with all GSM SIM cards post-unlock. We recommend verifying with your chosen service provider whether they support GSM or CDMA to avoid confusion. You can check the prominent CDMA carriers here.
