What you need to know about this service:

• Once unlocked, you will be able to use your phone with any GSM SIM card worldwide.
• Unlocked phones will not support CDMA SIM card such as Sprint, Tracfone and Verizon.
• It's permanent! No relocking after software updates.
• No cancelations while processing
• No refunds for wrong models or wrong carriers
• Due to some changes in AT&T’s policy, once your iPhone is unlocked, you must follow the email instructions received as soon as possible in order to prevent relocking.  We recommend placing your cellphone number to receive a message from us as soon as it’s unlocked.

What this is not?
